- We accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank transfer. Please note that if the payment through Settlement system (Paypal) could not be confirmed within 7 days from the date which the payment request is sent, the order will be cancelled automatically.
- Due to the increasing number of fraudulent transactions with unauthorized use of credit card, we may request to change the payment method to bank transfer, especially for high-priced items and first-time users.
Basically bank transfer is not available. If you want to pay via bank transfer, please contact us with your name, item link, e-mail address and shipping address.

Customs Clearances and Duties
- IMPORTANT: Please be advised that We CANNOT undervalue the declared amount or list a specific value on the invoice upon customer's request. The customs form and/or the invoice will be filled out accurately to reflect the actual value of your purchase, spaned as "Merchandise" and it is strictly enforced by law.
- We CANNOT span the items as "Gift" or other categories than merchandise.
- Import duties and taxes may be applied upon customs clearance in your country, and customers are responsible for such costs.
- For details, please contact the customs office of your country.
- A customer may cancel free of charge the purchase of an item only if the Customer completes the procedure on the prescribed page on the Site within 30 minutes after the Customer reaches the page for purchase completion. When the Customer cancels his/her purchase after the lapse of 30 minutes from the time he/she reaches the page for purchase completion, the cancellation shall be subject to a cancellation fee unless there is any reason attributable to the Company or the Shop.
Return of Items without Defect
- Even when a purchased item does not have any defect, a Customer may return the item to the Company any time prior to the elapse of 14 days since the day when the item was delivered to the Customer. However, a return shall not be accepted when the item does not satisfy the following conditions (hereinafter the “Return Policy”), so please take sufficient care in handling a purchased item (For a return, please also refer to this page.)
- An item must be unworn (except for trying on); must not be washed, damaged or harmed; and must be in the same state as it was when the Shop delivered it to the Customer.
- Products corresponding to the following categories shall satisfy the following conditions:
Shoes and fashion goods
A returned item must be in the original box and protection box used at the time of delivery.
Tights and stockings
The package must not be opened.
A returned item must be in the same state as it was when delivered, and the packing materials and documents from the brand must be included.
Vintage items and used items
A returned item must be found to be in the same state as it was when delivered.
A Customer who makes a return under the preceding paragraph shall inform the Company of the return in a form designated by the Company, and shall send the item to the Shop which provided said item. When the item is received from the Customer, the Company shall check the item to determine whether the return is acceptable or not, and shall inform the Customer of the result of the check.
The costs (shipping charges, etc.) for a return under this Article shall be borne by the Customer. If you cannot contact the Shop for a return, please contact the Company pursuant to the procedure separately designated by the Company.
The Company shall be in no way responsible for any deterioration of the quality of or other damage to an item caused by the long-term retention of it at the delivery company for the convenience of a Customer.
Return of Defective Items
- If a purchased item has any defect, the Customer may require the Company to take the following procedures (For a return, please also refer to this page.):
- If it is a new item and a replacement is in stock : A return or replacement of the item
- If it is a used or new item, and no replacement is in stock : A return of the item (a repair service is unavailable)
- The costs (shipping charges, etc.) for a return under this Article shall be borne by the Company.

Once your payment through settlement system is confirmed or the credit card transaction is successfully authorized, we will ship out your order via DHL or ECMS right away.
Once your order is shipped out, we will inform you with the DHL or ECMS tracking number.
Delivery & Shipping fees
Item prices shown are tax and shipping fee inclusive.

Because import duties for delivery to other countries or regions are not included in the product price, payment of import duties will occur upon receipt of the product.)
Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with EMS tracking number will be sent to you.
We cannot combine shipping on separate orders.

Nonmailable Articles in International Mail
- Though we make our best effort to limit the listing of restricted goods such as leather material goods (using Ostrich and Crocodile), lighters, knives and goods with battery, our system still allows you to include them in your order. We may have to cancel those items from your order if found. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Sales Tax is waived during the processing of orders that are addressed outside of Japan. Automatic notifications that are sent meanwhile may include sales tax, but it will be waived afterwards upon finalization of transaction.
- Regarding our customers’ personal information (address, name, e-mail address, etc.), we are taking the utmost care. Your personal information may be used for, and be used only for conducting our business.
